DILI – Heineken once again shares the drama of UEFA Champions league with Timorese football fans by crowning one lucky consumer as the grand winner of the UEFA Champions League 2018 lucky draw promotion. 

Elisabeth Araújo went home with a grand prize of $10,000 cash at the Heineken UCL final lucky draw event, held at El Legendario on the evening of 14 June 2018. Mr. Markus Pamula, Finance Director of Heineken Timor-Leste, presented the grand prize to the winner after the final draw was made. The winner, Elisabeth Araújo, was part of a group of 7 participants selected during an internal draw held recently at Heineken Timor-Leste office, under the supervision of Euclides Belo – 2nd Commander of National Police in Díli (PNTL).

During the interview, Elisabeth Araújo expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to Heineken on this happy occasion. She commented that this is her first time ever to win such a fabulous prize. In addition to the top prize money of $10,000 cash, other winners, went home with attractive prizes including a TV set, a mobile phone and exclusive limited edition Heineken wristwatches.

The Heineken UEFA Champions League lucky draw event was held as the final concluding event organized as part of a three-month long campaign involving more than 100 participating outlets nationwide.
